24 Hours Dynamic Website Delivery

We start the 24-hour delivery timeline only after all required requirements are completed.

Work starts only when:

• 50% advance payment is received.
• All website content is provided (text, images, logo, contact details, etc.).
• Domain and hosting details are shared (or we set them up if included).
• Design requirements are confirmed by the client.

Delivery Promise: The complete Dynamic Website will be delivered within 24 hours after receiving all required content and the 50% advance payment.

48 Hours WooCommerce Website Delivery

The 48-hour timeline begins only after all eCommerce requirements are received.

Work starts only when:

• 50% advance payment is received.
• Product details, images, prices, categories, and descriptions are shared.
• Payment gateway details are provided.
• Shipping and business information is confirmed.

Delivery Promise: The complete WooCommerce Website will be delivered within 48 hours after receiving all required data and the 50% advance payment.

Important Notes

• Delivery time is calculated from the moment all required content is received and the 50% advance payment is confirmed.
• Client-requested additional features after work starts may extend the delivery timeline.
• The remaining 50% payment must be completed before the website goes live or is handed over.
• Minor revisions after delivery are included as per the selected package.
• Delays caused by third parties — domain registration, DNS propagation, hosting providers or payment gateway (KYC) approvals — are not counted in the delivery time.

Free Domain & Premium Hosting (1 Year)

• Valid for the first year from the date of setup.
• Renewal from the second year is charged at the standard renewal price.

1 Year Free Maintenance — included

• WordPress, theme and plugin updates
• Security monitoring and regular backups
• Fixing bugs and technical issues in the delivered website
• Small text, image and price updates

Not included in maintenance

• New features, new page designs or a redesign
• Premium plugin or theme licence renewals after the first year
• Content writing and new product uploads after launch
• Issues caused by changes made by someone else

Refund

If we miss the promised delivery time after all requirements above were completed on time, you can request a 100% refund of the advance paid for development. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (domain, hosting, premium plugins or themes) are not refundable, but they remain yours.
